Working Theory:
Air Conditioner saver mainly enhances the refrigeration efficiency by optimizing the operation curve of compressor and fully use of the remained cool air.
It's carried out as follows:
1. Save flow temperature electricity according to the operatin curve, we know that the whole temperature will rise when compressor operates to the low temperature. In this state, the output signal of energy saver will control the compressor's stop to save such energy. And the compressor system is cooled down completely.
2. There is still cool air in the systerm after compressor operation stop. But the fan in it is still working, so the output air keeps cool. When the remained air is over, the saver output signal controls the compressor' s start. Through such Cyc, the energy is saved successfully.
3. Avoid frequent start of compressor compressor's start and stop is controlled by protractor. In the state of heating, it stops when the temperature is higher than the target, and starts when lower. In the state of cooling, it stars when the temperature is higher than the target, and stops when lower. Actually, the work cycle is a few minutes. It' s frequent startup which brings very heavy current and huge energy wasting. Whereas the working cycle of energy saver is scores of minutes. Thus it avoids frequent heavy current i***ct to compressor and prolongs its service life.
